Was on Mike and Mike and Sports Center this morning. I dvr'd Mike and Mike. If I had known he was on Sports Center I would have dvr'd that too.

That was a pretty good (short) discussion; it is towards the end of the segment (33 minute mark?). Muffet talking Parity again, but in a nice way, not in a sour way. Geno being Geno, giving Muffet time to talk and then upstaging everyone in a very amicable manner.

"Geno being Geno gave Muffet time to talk" because he was late to the show and she was alone with Mike and Mike. She answered a couple of questions and when he finally arrived he did the same. No direct interchange at all between them, though Muffet had some very nice things to say about the UConn program before Geno arrived. Not sure how Geno "upstaged" anyone. Segment was very vanilla.

Geno & Muffet are going through what they call at ESPN "The car wash". That means they are on campus most of the day making on set appearances on all of the TV and radio shows emanating from that facility that day. They'll have plenty of time to chat between their on-air commitments to those shows.

Enjoyed Muffet as well as Geno, and realistically this really is a wide open year in WCBB for the first time in a long time - since 2009 with the exception of 2011 with TX-AM there haven't been and surprises - 5 of those 8 years were undefeated champions and a sixth year was Uconn with 1 loss (early in the season) and the seventh year Baylor was upset, but the championship game was between the #2 and 3 teams Uconn and ND.

Geno has an interesting take on EDD. He says it all worked out in a good way. Delaware got to have a great experience, plus it would have been unfair if EDD had been at UConn. They would have won 150 in a row. He says it was unfair even without EDD. I think Maya and Tina et al. were pretty darned good.
