Thanks for posting, alum in ny, which I just figured out after all this time.
BTW, I graduated UConn in 1969, before they had Women's basketball.

I always wondered, did they have any Women's teams at all back then? Tennis, Golf, Swimming, Gymnastics, anything? Does anyone know?

Just priceless how he used his Italian hands to talk around an uncomfortable question from Rebecca's mom 25 years ago and when faced with a tough question about his relationship he goes into the same mode today. He will never change!

Title IX had a lot to do with expanding women's sports.
