In thinking about the large crowd yesterday, Coach cited some classic rock lyrics:

“Maybe it was the time of day, maybe it was the time of the year, maybe it was just Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, I don’t know,’’ UConn coach Geno Auriemma said. “Four o’clock games on weekends are a really great time for people to come to games. I think you can pretty much look in the stands and see that the crowd was different (Saturday), not so much just in how many people, but it had the look and the feel of what we used to take for granted as Connecticut basketball for all those years. So hopefully we can have more of these. I know there’s a segment of the population that loves those 10 o’clock on Tuesday night games. I hate to disappoint those people, but I’m not a big fan of those.’’
