While I’ve seen this before, I never get tired of seeing it again. The first part of the clip made it to a number of other sports blogs/forums including Volnation during the DD era.

I Witch about Geno in many forms---this is one speech I applaud loudly. It angers me to see professional paid players acting like sand lot idiots, thumping, and stomping andi leading the cheering section---are they so insecure they need to make sure they are cheered? This infects HS or lower kids, it's wrong.
I particularly like the bit about watching the kids on the bench--I see too many WCBB teams bench who are disinterested in their fellow teammates, while they themselves are not in the game. Team is not all about them--be a TEAM member or leave.
