Some thoughts:

Only Geno can talk about "women's issues" (or of men, for that matter) the way he does and get so easily away with it. It's all about his having a huge track record of trust, and of treating people pretty equally.

I don't completely believe Geno when he says that he suffers (of course, he feels it, but it's not a terrible burden) from the pressure of winning a national championship every year. I think he loves it whether he wins it all or just has a competitive team. He even admits a few minutes later that he'd be content with excellent, if not transcendent, players.
