Geno actually wanted to be at this presser. No, desultory posture and responses. No, well many fewer, yeahs, ers, ahs, you knows, pregnant pauses, straining for words etc. He was reenergized by this tournament and his "Husky Pups."

Thanks SVCBeercats for posting the videos. Geno presser was very candid, honest, impressive and full of personal interactions between himself and his players, particularly PB and NM. He changed his coaching because of bunch of freshmen who going to do what they are going to do no matter what he said or did. But he loved this team and PB is his national player of the year.

he really, really loves these kids and being around them and those kids really, really love being around each other and the staff. Great to see regardless of what happens at the end of March!

I've been watching the Uconn Women for MANY years and it seemed impossible to have a season with all the disruptions to be as fun as it has been. We are so lucky while having no seniors, 3 upperclassmen and the rest of the team be freshman and have such a successful and fun season. It's GREAT to be a HUSKY FAN...

If you think back to the first half of the season and Geno's statements about this group the most uncoachable, the worst shooting team, etc, etc. Now he has nothing but praise and admiration for this team. It's been a remarkable transformation for Husky basketball.
