Geno Auriemma Veterans Day Speech

Before the game started yesterday Geno started things off by saying how we should stop and think of Veterans Day as not another day off but a day to stop and thank all the men and women who fought for our country. He then went on to say that he would like us all to sing along with the National Anthem. I started taping too late because I was caught off guard but here is what I did tape, which was not the best because I had one hand over my heart while filming with my other hand. If anyone else can remember more of what Geno said please post. Thank you to all Veterans who sacrificed so much and made the USA what it is today.
I also thought this was the highlight of going to yesterdays game.

Except, of course, during the National Anthem, at which time you were surely standing, hand over heart, and singing the words of Francis Scott Keyes -- melodically!

I have to admit though, seeing the Dunkin' Donut cup with it's hand over it's "heart" was amusing to me.
