10 - It is probably wrong, but Agnew under Nixon, which gave us Ford, FWIW. I scanned the memory banks and know a number of Veeps didn't serve a full term, but I think they all died in office. Agnew did resign.

1..Meyers constant entreaty to Mrs. Meyers, to no avail.

2..South to India & Bangla Desh

3..As Dove writes, this big-ass machine has been stuck for ages and responds to no therapy.

4..Rbny thought the Suez Canal should have linked to Yemen, but did anybody listen?

5..Rbny provides Gothic. Was that then an Evanescence creation?

6..VAUC gives it a try and rightly offers "soften". Removing the "s" would work too, but only I thought of that.

7..VAUC couldn't give us a "final answer", but that's OK--Tony Gwynn.

8..Rbny is up on leftover colonial powers. Greenland is the rationale.

9..They lost the most folks from the tsunami that took nearly 1/4 million. Credit Dove.

11..Big fat Cuban cheroots; crown never believed he'd get cancer of the wisdom tooth, but look at him now.

12..Meyers and 006 ring in the new year.

13..VAUC gives it a good stab, but it's Burma.

I assign you 23 1/3 correct, meaning posters are above average this time.
