  1. 9:30 Start? Really? Old folks object. At least this old folk anyway.
  2. Tarris 2 buckets in a row to start. Looks like he's healthy.
  3. And 6 of our first 9 points? I think Mr. Reed came to play.
  4. Refs are killing us. 8 minutes in, we've been called for 5.
  5. And, another minute, another foul.
  6. Alex playing very well again.
  7. Solo on fire, at least for the first half. Unfortunately, he too often seems to give us one good half per game. Now let's see if he can play another good half to go with it for once.
  8. Our 1st half fg% went down by 6 points late in the half. To 59%! I'll take 59% from the field every day of the week.
  9. And Solo opens the 2nd half 0 for 3. I swear, if he ever plays well in both halves...
  10. Alex and Mullins keeping us in this game mid 2nd half.
  11. Did not like the fact that Mullins fouled out after just 11 minutes of playing time.
  12. Ball finally scores in the 2nd half, and it was a timely and beautiful three. And no doubt it was Solo's foul shooting late that sealed the win, so I'll take back any bad thoughts I was having about him.
  13. Refs still doing their worst. Yes, we finished with only one more foul than the bad guys. But without their late intentionals to stop the clock, it's a whole lot uglier differential in both fouls called and FTs taken. For the game, the good guys went 11 for 16 from the line. The other guys went 19 for 27. But prior to Florida's end of game foul fest, we had attempted only 6 FTs. We took 12 (and made 9) FT's in the last minute and a quarter. Without their 6 intentionals in the last 1:13, we had only attempted 4 FTs for the first 38:47.
  14. We definitely got the benefit of a very short 5 second call when Florida was inbounding from the sideline with 9.4 seconds left.

I disagree on the last point. I thought just as you did when I watched it live, but after watching the replay several times, it was definitely a 5 second violation.

Closer to six seconds I'd say.
