what are they looking like in your neighborhood?

$2.93 in some spots in Hartford, about the same on the Berlin Turnpike (at some stations)

the average is still about $3.10 overall from what Ive seen

Paid $2.80 over the border here last week. Lowest I've come across. Mostly $2.85-$2.90.

It's a simple matter of supply and demand. There is currently a suplus of oil on the market. When supplies are high prices fall to encourage use.

Remember that the next time someone says we can't drill our way to lower prices.

2.82? Guess it's still dipping
I don't know where she got it, but she sent me text on Monday. I don't know if it was a special rate, but the price is in black and yellow on my cellphone.

Layover in Denver on my way to Cali. GasBuddy says 2.81 in Denver.

And looks about the same in San Jose where I am staying.

I agree but the bottom line is there is more oil avaiable than the demand and it leads to lower prices.

I'm pretty sure Arizona is generally in the high $2's. For most of our "almost 4" years out here, we had very, very good prices, but the last 6 - 8 months not so much.

I consistently get my gas at Fry's - their price is always within a few cents of the cheapest I see (sometimes the cheapest) - plus you get points when you buy groceries, 100 points = 10 cents off. And my sister-in-law doesn't drive, so I get to use her points as well.
