I wonder why it is that Elezaj never sees the court, even when the rest of the third stringers play the last minute or so in blowouts. I know the theory on Jacob Ross is that he'll redshirt, but Elezaj played in 5 regular season games early on. I wish the Furphy/Millender/Elezaj/Paunovich/Koroma group could get maybe 5 minutes when we're up 30+ in the 2nd half.
It's always irked me when the starters are in until the under 4, then the 2nd stringers who already had a lot of run come in. We finally we see the deep bench when there's maybe one possession where they get to do anything and then they're told to run out the shot clock.
It's a minor nitpick, but I wish these guys would get a little more reward for their contributions in practice all season. Elezaj in particular seems glued to the bench even then, for reasons unknown. I mean even I could stand around on a court and not do anything for 25 seconds.
