They really need to do something about the roof at this place. Its literally snowing on my head with the falling off of it.

There are spots where the roof looks absolutely disgusting. Haven't experienced any of it falling on myself though.

If its at the point where debris is falling then something needs to be done ASAP. What material is the roof made of exactly? I remember a thread about this a few months back and somebody said its something like Italian ceramic?? Idk i forgot

We have to get our specialist who installed them. They are pure asbestos, I hope no one had a taste.

The falling flakes are either an indicator of the noise level of the game, holes in the roof and snow coming in or UConn is demonstrating the sky is the limit for next years team! No matter what the case I hope some of the money allocated for the practice facility goes to fixing the ceiling.

wow. Well if they are pure asbestos then that throws a little curveball into the mix. Im sure that has something to do with why they cant just fix it overnight. When you deal with removing/repairing asbestos its one hell of a circus. It also means a lot of $$$$$

I'm glad I brought some home. I'll be sleeping with it in bed tonight.

Asbestos was removed from most building materials by 1979...Gampel opened in 1990

I thought the state used materials recycled from 1965 to save money.
