I believe its 10,400....

Hmm. In 2002, capacity at Gampel was increased to 10,167

That is the capacity, but not all have seatbacks! I don't know the number. But if you want to do the math, the rows listed by number have seatbacks. Those listed by letter do not. All the lower bowl and a bit less of half the uppers have seatbacks.
