Yesterday at the game I was trying to use the Flowbird app to pay for parking but the connection was not working. Didn't pay for parking, and nothing happened. Now I'm wondering- does it matter whether we pay or not? How will UConn actually know, do they really go car-to-car checking EVERY SINGLE car's license plates during the game?
