Anyone notice that Stanford cancelled their game today, and Cal moved their game to...Stanford? What in the world? If the air quality was good enough for Cal to be able to play at Stanford, why the heck didn't Stanford go ahead with their game? That is way too weird.


Stanford did announce the cancellation Friday night. Maybe they jumped the gun?

I don't think Ohio State made the trip. They were supposed to play Sacramento State before Stanford and that was cancelled - so probably forced their hand.

That said, it sure is smokey out there. My wife's friends in Santa Cruz had family come, and they were issued masks by the airline when they landed in Oakland.
