Looking ahead...
Is 6PM the normal start time for UCF home games? I may have a memory problem, but I do not remember a UConn at UCF game starting at that time before
AND
Our home game on Sunday has a Noon start. Isn't this unusual too?

Wonder why the Stanford -Oregon game is on Thursday. The schedule for Pac-12 women's basketball is Friday-Sunday. I suppose it could be a scheduling conflict. Certainly gives both teams another day to recover before their Sunday game - I'll bet Cal and OSU are not happy about that.

I hope you aren't referring to my post. My post is within the parameters of the OP, games between Jan. 13 and Jan. 19.

My post was a general post. I wasn't referring to any specific poster.

It's on ESPN. I would guess that's the answer right there.

UCLA only plays USC this week. Most likely remain the only undefeated team for another week. Also next week they play the two Washington teams. Then they have to a trip to Arizona to play both Arizona teams. Will they Survive?

This is clearly life in the Pac-12. I would expect the Bruins to win the first three games in that stretch. USC is not very good. The trap game might be in Spokane with Washington State. I know Washington has a guard who can really score the ball. UCLA should win those three.

I can't wait to get another shot at UCLA at home. The Sun Devils two-point loss at Pauley Pavilion was a tough one. Since then the Sun Devils are improving game by game and of course last weekend showed what's CTT's defensive philosophy can do particularly if the Sun Devils can score a little bit.

At this point I would expect UCLA to beat the U of A Wildcats and the game against the ASU is a toss-up. Assuming they beat us in Tempe that sure puts UCLA in the catbird seat heading down the stretch.

Pullman is a far cry from Spokane. Same region, but it's at least an hour drive on some back roads.

Anyway the first meeting between WSU and UCLA is in LA. They don't visit Pullman until late February.

In on their 2nd year in Division I, the Lions of North Alabama came away from Lynchburg with an overtime win over Liberty.

North Alabama is a team to watch. They lost by only 5 points at Iowa and by 8 at Iowa State. They'll host FGCU on Saturday to determine sole possession of 1st place in the A-Sun.

I'm sure @triaddukefan has his eye on this potentially huge upset in the Big South:

Charleston Southern, currently 0-12 against D1 opponents, holds a 7-point lead over conference co-leader UNC Asheville (9-4 overall, 5-1 Big South) with less than 3:00 to play.

Now showing on espn+

What's more shocking: Charleston Southern beating UNCA in WBB or Duke men losing to Clemson?

or UConn women almost losing to Memphis

Duke men losing to Clemson. UConn "almost lost" and yet still won by 12. ;)
3-point game in the 4th quarter. It's "almost" enough for me.

Actually the most shocking thing of Tuesday Night (for me) was our star LB Luke Kuechly announcing his retirement from the Panthers... at the age of 28 :(

Nicholls won the 1st quarter over Northwestern State, 21-19. The fighting Colonels are on pace for 80+ points!

Oklahoma State trying to choke away another lead. Kansas State on a 16-5 run to cut the lead to 4 with under 2 minutes to play.

K-State's rally stalled when Ayoka Lee suffered a nasty injury. In a loose ball scramble an OkSt player fell on her head and basically pressed her face into the floor. She was bleeding a lot.

On the next possession, K-State turned the ball over and then Vivian Gray hit a short jumper for a 6-point lead.

Chrissy Carr was ranked pretty high for K-State, but seems she does awful every time I check.

Tulane did just about the exact same thing to SMU as they did to Washington earlier this season. I believe in Seattle they outscored UW 27-11 in the 4th quarter to steal a win. Tonight @ SMU they outscored the Mustangs 28-11 in Q4 for a 67-66 win. The Wave are 4-0 in AAC at this point.
