Fudd provides a much-need offensive threat, including some firepower from the perimeter, while also being a strong defender for a freshman. Wednesday was also the first time that she got to share the floor with Caroline Ducharme since the latter has emerged as a consistent, go-to scorer. Now UConn has a plethora of guards it can mix into the backcourt after playing six of their previous nine games with only three.
