Good evening Cuango...I too looked at the Texas vs Oral Roberts box score and a couple of things jumped out at me. 1. Texas only made 3 of 8 from three...they are not a good three-point shooting team...at least not yet this season. Oral Roberts played Jones 5'10" for 32 minutes; Udoumoh 6'1" for 25 minutes; Cooper 5'7" for 37 minutes; Robinson 5'10" for 33 minutes and Weinrich 5'10" for 22 minutes. Oral Roberts only committed 15 fouls with only Udoumoh fouling out. Meanwhile, Texas played Jones 6'4" for 26 minutes; Booker 6'1" for 21 minutes; Gonzales 5'10" for 25 minutes; Muhammad 6'4" for 27 minutes; Harmon 5'6" for 25 minutes and Holle 6'0" for 28 minutes. Texas' huge height advantage allowed them to shoot 61 percent from the floor. Jones was a monster with 27 points and 16 rebounds while playing against a team whose tallest player was 6'1". Rori Harmon was a stud...flirted with a triple-double...10 points, 8 rebounds, and 13 assists...and managed to get 5 steals for good measure. She is their engine...we will need to stop Harmon...if we do...I think good things will happen. At the end of the day Cuango...UConn has a lot of issues...but they are extremely talented...dealing with Texas' height is going to be tough, however, I think UConn's defense could give Texas some problems...if we can get something going from the perimeter as I think getting anything on the inside in the half-court game is going to be difficult. And, if we can get out and run...we could make life uncomfortable for the Longhorns... I am excited to see this game...we will learn a lot about our team. Current RPI ranking is 73; Current SOS is 51 Projected RPI ranking is 275; Projected SOS is 267 Massey Rating - 161
