I think Gabby's performance against the home team was just reamarkable and has to be among her best ever at the pro level at least. Especially when they needed her firepower with Johannes
having a last minute injury

When Gabby was making those 4th Q shots, Sandy probably said what the heck is Stewie doing playing for France? That 30 ft 3 pt make to ice a 6pt lead totally floored her.
 
What a sensational game for Gabby. So proud of her! I think if Seattle didn't have already established stars, she could have easily been on an All WNBA team. She's got some special skills.
 
Gabby with a good 1st half against Mali which was needed since Mali was playing well enough to think upset early in the game. Nice drive and mid range shot off 1 foot to beat the half time buzzer to get to a 10 pt lead at half. Expect a monster 2nd half.

She has 8/3/3 and is a team-best +14.
 
Tweaked her ankle a bit but playing through it. Was smiling on bench so I guess not serious.
14/5/3 after 3. Her teammates not converting some high level passes.

I always knew Gabby could have these types of games. She is just a joy to watch. Thanks for sharing this clip with us.
 
More Gabby in the first part of the highlights reel from today's France-Japan game. A couple really great plays!

 
Gabby is a legit star. I know on the Storm, she deferred to Bird, Loyd, Charles and Stewie, but I hope next season, she starts looking for her shot more because she's a legit all WNBA talent player. LOVE her and so happy she's shining in Australia!!

Not sure she will play in WNBA in 2023 since they will fine players who miss WNBA camp / season and I think as the biggest thing in French Basketball, that is the choice she needs to cultivate.
 
Gabby is averaging 16.5 ppg, which trails only the 18.0 by Guirantes and 20.0 by Wilson (2 games). Gabby is second in total points. She is shooting 50/25/71.

Gabby had 12 in a close loss to Serbia. France is 3-2 and will face a huge China team. Gabby is 3rd in total points and 5th in ppg.
 
After having a dermatological surgeon carve on my face today, this performance by Gabby was a perfect pick me up. I think there is more in her tank, but France will certainly test that.
