I was hoping they'd be in the Gamecocks' Region for the NCAAT. Rutgers' facilities have improved, but they still have some distance to go. They've always been hurt by their location between 2 huge pro markets. Long term, the Big Ten will be great for them. I consider Rutgers to be my 2nd favorite team since I grew up near their campus.
