My wife and I were looking at a home down by the water in Madison(I live in another part of town and we're looking for a summer type house) we take a look at a small home across from the water and while we are going through the house the RE agent chimes in that you'd be JiM Calhouns next door neighbor and continues this angle like 6-7 times. She was aggressively trying to use JC as a selling point! I guess he just put in a big fence next to the beach on his right--I wonder why!!! I found out the house has been on the market 3 years and has gone down in price close 2 half! So I guess has JC been safe there!! For the record we are considering the particular home although it has the dreaded wires in front of view syndrome
