That's 1.55 points per minute. In a 32 minute high school game, that would be 49 points. In a 40 minute college game, it's 62 points (with 13 three pointers). Those are pretty scary numbers. If Diamond comes to UConn, those points become very delightful.
Of course, if Diamond plays at UConn, she'll be sharing shots and points with a bevy of friends who are as talented as she is. She will also be sharing some National Championships.
it's nice to see her expanding her game. IIRC, it's one of the reasons she's dropped in the rankings - she's full of athleticism, but not as strong on basketball skills. doesn't mean those won't develop, but that was my recollection in deciphering why she was no longer considered the #1 player in her class.
a bevy of 3 point baskets will certainly help discount that particular sentiment!
