Or Evina was too fatigued to attend.Geno only brought Dorka to the presser... I guess he thinks she is the Bad Ass!
Or "Mom" felt that Dorka should be the one to get the well-deserved media press today.Or Evina was too fatigued to attend.
I guess that you could tell because she never mentioned it. It's very frustrating to watch a press conference, and not be able to hear the questions.Nobody asked Dorka about the bandage on her hand, and how it might be affecting her game.
Amen!Geno only brought Dorka to the presser... I guess he thinks she is the Bad Ass!
As hard as Geno runs his players in practice as some BYers complain?Or Evina was too fatigued to attend.
Or have them repeated by the coach and player(s).I guess that you could tell because she never mentioned it. It's very frustrating to watch a press conference, and not be able to hear the questions.
I think Evina was totally exhausted after the game.....Geno only brought Dorka to the presser... I guess he thinks she is the Bad Ass!
You are correct. I agree that not hearing the questions is annoying.I guess that you could tell because she never mentioned it. It's very frustrating to watch a press conference, and not be able to hear the questions.
It's unacceptable--and bush league. As long as these postgame press conferences are meant to be seen and heard on various media platforms there should be mics available for questioners to announce their affiliation and ask their questions. It isn't that hard. Not hearing the questions is annoying.
Geno also said the offense doesn’t look the same when Paige is not on the floor, so you have to admit he’s right about that. And based upon what was said on the BY about not having starters on the floor in the closing minutes with a big lead, do you really think the team would have been better off had Geno cleared the bench up 14 with 1:12 to play? Sorry, you can’t have it both ways.Well, Geno acknowledges that these injuries will give others the opportunity to develop and they would be a better team when Paige and company return. Well hello, isn't this what we have always complained about, just not us, but the whole WCBB world that he doesn't develop his bench? He talks about it like it's a new concept, so is that what it takes, injuries? I fully support Geno, so maybe, just maybe, he will see what an asset of players he has, and to just forget about them when things are going well does not help his team. Please learn from this Geno, you don't have a deep team if you still play the same number of players. This stretch proves we have players, just give them a chance. After all, he did not recruit them to sit on the bench.
Come on Jim, I'm not talking about the last seconds of a game, they certainly are not going to learn anything at garbage time. I'm talking about his history, when the only time he sends the bench in is at garbage time. If the game is in the bag, give these players 6 minutes, even 10 minutes if we are that far ahead. They come to UConn to develop their game by the best coach in the country. If they are a top 25 recruit, sitting on the bench will not make them better, or their team. FYI, I wasn't one of the people who criticized Geno for leaving Paige in. I actually don't mind it so the bench players can learn something by playing with her, better than practice.Geno also said the offense doesn’t look the same when Paige is not on the floor, so you have to admit he’s right about that. I bet she needed the trainers to work her over along with an ice bath.. Evina worked hard in that game.Or Evina was too fatigued to attend.
