This is a tremendously frustrating team! Playing for the top seed and fail to put a team away as they so frequently fail to do. Leaving such games to the last few seconds to loose rather than playing 40 minutes each end of tough ball. Cohesion and decision making on this team is poor. Who made the decision to kill clock with over 5 minutes left to play? Has not anyone shown 6-10 Nolan how to dunk rather than getting shots blocked? Who is teaching players to make better decisions about out of control layup attempts - or not to take such shots - when going full speed and out of control to the basket? Where is the team leadership on the floor? Seems tome that for UConn teams one and done players have not worked out well regardless of the talent they offer - Drummond and the two grad students this year. Cohesion and leadership seems to suffer. Unfortunately this team does not look much better than last year's - NIT - unless they can learn how to play 40 minutes of tough ball against the best teams in the conference. I have my doubts.
