Now that the Stone Illusion is done. Or should I say one and done. Ollie now has a choice to make.
Does he push for a team that can win big next year or go for young guys who can grow?
How long does he have Adams and DHam? Can he afford in this league another down year for this program?
First and foremost is the need for a ball handler. If Ollie lands a top flight ball handler for the class of 2016, then he should truly pursue a 5th year guard for next year's team. But, if Hardnett or Smith want to come, he has to take him. Ball handler is primary consideration. He can not fail here.
Experienced big. Landing a dependable 5th year transfer for next year is next on the list. We already have our big man project in Enoch.
Adams, DHam and Purvis gives us some punch but they will need immediate help if UConn is to win next year.
Of course, if a true stud playing in any position wants to come. Ignore all of the above.
