Those who have been here long enough, first thing that crossed my mind is that it all unfolded as RutgersAl said it would. USC of the West playing the USC of the East (Rutgers) on West Coast prime time... but both in the same conference. Got all he wanted and more.

Friday night football games is where we add value to the B1G. obviously, we would be willing to have two games a year placed on the Friday evening schedule.

I live in Arizona and that game starts at 9 o'clock here and I will be in bed at that time myself. Could they start it any later. Monday football used to start at that time in the east and I never watched an game.

I have a dog that gets me up at sun rise, so that can be just about any time throughout the year, so being in my 70's I need my sleep. Also at my age one night is no different than the next. Retired people tend to lose track of the days of the week.

On the other hand, I might go to a Friday night Rutgers game with an 8 PM start. Late enough that you don't have to worry about traffic as much, but still early enough that you can get home at a reasonable hour.
