South Carolina Only Stats
At South Carolina she hit her 300th win in 2020 with a win against Kentucky. She went 300-98 (82% win rate). She is currently in her second batch of 300 and is 193-13 (94% win rate) since Feb 2020. It took her a little under 12 seasons.

South Carolina and Temple combined Stats
If you combine her Temple and South Carolina records, she hit her 300th win as a coach in December 2014 in a game against Charlotte. She went 300-151 (67% win rate) over that span.
