Former UConn stars Taurasi and Bird win Euroleague Women Title

UMMC Ekaterinburg won in a title game vs. Fenerbahce, the result was 82:56.
Taurasi finished with 14p, 5r and 5a.
Sue did not play due to special Euroleague ruling for foreign players.

Congrats to both of them and the whole team!

Even though Sue did not play, that combination is almost unbeatable. When they have been on the same team, I'm pretty sure they have won championships more often than not.

Candace Parker got MVP. She and Diana play very well together. Some of the passes they make to each other are amazing. They also seem to be good friends off the court.
