Yes they are. Actually, when BC left for the ACC and JC made his comments about never scheduling BC again while he is coach, JC specifically mentioned at that time that he and Al Skinner are old friends and it has nothing to do with Skinner.

Funny, I remember Al having a tough time landing BABC kids and BC people I know saying it was because Al (or maybe GDF?) had a falling out with the BABC staff, who were steering kids away from BC. I know Adrien never even sniffed BC's campus despite living in Brookline. I think the only kid they got from BABC in Al's final six or so years was Jermaine Watson.
