Trust me. I have a close friend here in Stamford who is a Metro North conductor. He told me that MTA police will deployed on trains. Sadly, this isn’t a crowd that simply enjoys a can of Julius on the ride from GCT to CT.Trust me, its impossible to ban any personal indulgence in NYC. Just saying.
I'll be in CT for a little over a week for Christmas. My brother always has a stocked fridge with stuff from 12%. Any must try new beers in CT? We usually take a day to hit up breweries. Any new breweries worth trying or any breweries that have something good you can only get on site?Trust me. I have a close friend here in Stamford who is a Metro North conductor. Depends on your appetite for driving. To me, Fox Farm in Salem is the ultimate sipping experience in the state by far, whether you enjoy traditional styles, IPAs or farmhouse ales. And always a broad offering of cans and bottles. Caius Farm Brewery in North Branford keeps getting better and better. I’m high on this place. I still maintain that Counterweight in Cheshire is one of the most underrated breweries in the Northeast. Zero hype. Will always have some releases not available in stores. Kill two birds with one stone and grab a pie from Fuoco while in town.I'll be in CT for a little over a week for Christmas. My brother always has a stocked fridge with stuff from 12%. Thanks, we'll probably save Fox Farm and Caius Farm for the summer. Only went to Counterweight once at its current location and it's only around a half hour away so we'll probably go there again and Fuoco is good.Depends on your appetite for driving.
