"Bowlsby has balls. Espn given a firm NO by him in regards to plundering the Big East before their inevitable move to NBC."

ESPN trying to convince another league to raid the Big East. All class by ESPN.

While this guy was wrong on expansion, to be fair to him, Texas vetoed it after the rest of the Big 12 was on board. He did get the Big 12 TV contract right to within a million per school even after initial reports were for a smaller number.

Lol - 'hearing all but three BE members will sign a BOR'. I can't imagine who!

Take all that with a grain of salt. In another tweet:

Hearing all but 3 Big East members are in favor of signing a GOR under the proposal set out to them by NBC.

Legally, NBC can't have set (sic) anything officially to the NBE.

NBC has been negotiating through Notre Dame for months, and ESPN isn't about to open the tortious interference door.

I wonder about the 3 too. I think he is pretty spot on with this stuff, although i am sure everything is more likely shades of grey than black and white. If we are already down to only 3 holdouts, the GOR is getting signed.

Agree legally but it (intel) is allegedly being funneled through ND.

I would not be surprised if the 3 are from states with the most aggressive FOIA laws. I bet USF is a holdout, because pretty much anyone in Florida can file a FOIA request to find out how many deuces the President of USF dropped last week.
