I thought I saw that on the highlights on Ch. 3 this morning. Looked like another Husky had a shot at it after that as well before it hit the turf. Davis didn't get up high enough to snatch it but it looks like he got pushed in the back here.

26 is making a good play on the ball but live and in that picture it definitely appears Lattimore could have gotten a PI. Like in basketball, defensive players seem to have immunity on last second plays.
