The New Mexico State Aggies have signed a three-year agreement with FloSports to broadcast their home football games through the 2021 season, the school announced on Thursday.

New Mexico State home football games will air live and on-demand at FloFootball.com. A monthly or annual PRO subscription will be necessary to view the games.

“Partnering with FloSports to provide Aggie football games and additional Aggie related content will be a tremendous addition for Aggie Nation around the state, country and worldwide,” NM State Director of Athletics Mario Moccia noted. “We have traditionally had a strong linear presence and now with FloSports as our partner we will have a tremendous OTT presence as well.”

Obviously SNY has expressed interest in UConn Football but this is interesting to note as a fellow Independent and almost certain future opponent

Fortunately, UConn isn’t the second choice U in New Mexico.

Important note: New Mexico State vs UConn is going to draw substantially more viewers than literally anything SNY can broadcast the the New York Market from October-December (and arguably in September, sorry Mets fans).

Therein lies the value of UConn football. No one is arguing we'll be Notre Dame or even BYU.

But we are a bigger deal than UMass. There can be no doubt about that.
