State it almost felt like they would never make a final 4. The '06 team could look totally dominant when they wanted to during thr regular season but that team just didn't have it. They were kind of floundering by the end of the season with a loss to Cuse in the Big East Tournament, down in the second half to #16 seed Albany, playing like garbage against a weak Kentucky team, and they should've lost to Washington.
