GA really is an undermined recruiting ground. Everyone thinks of FL, TX and CA for high school football (and rightfully so), but GA is definitely in that class.

I think its based on high school, so if a kid from new York goes to a private school in jersey then jersey gets credit. Please correct if I misinterpreted the table.
