this is like the 40000th time various sites have been seized. They always relocate. Used to be channelsurfing.com. Then channelsurfing.eu or something. The firstrowsports. Something else will come up.

I've used vodkasports before. That was before I found firstrow. I would give that a shot. Never used it for NBA though so I don't know how great it will be

I found this, not sure if it will be up, but it looks like the framework is in place, or they're expecting to have it.

Rojadirecta forums have a good list of streams, some are kind of crap, some are good. As long as you don't mind occasionally watching the broadcast in Spanish it's a good opción.
