already happened -the great qr code/real paper ticket kerfuffle.
they should have technical fouls in football. say a team does something really not nice, and gets t'd up. then, the offended team sends out qb 1 and his backup to say, their own 35 yard line, and both get one toss to send it between the far goalposts. if both make it, then it's worth like a point or two.
