First Acc now Ncaa

Iv'e never heard of anything as duck**d up as a rectroactive punishment. Ncaa is gonna do this, to get JC for Drummond/Bradley. The only school thats relevent and matters is Uconn.
The sign on a street says it's a 10.00 fine for jaywalking. So you jaywalk, get caught and pay the 10.00dollars
( Uconn lost to two schoolarships do to low apr). The next day the cops show up at your and tell you the penalty for jaywalking has been changed to 10yrs in jail and it's reto-active . How can this be legal?! it's obvioulsly not fair, or ethical, it's a crock!

I know there are more important things in life but living here in Fla. with rednecks and crackers and football (football is the only thing they care about) Uconn sports (all of them) have become even more important to us than when we lived in Ct. (We have a Uconn room in our house). Reading everything I can find on Acc/Uconn , waiting for some good news about that and then this, its a little nerve racking. Uconn getting banned from Ncaa would just be another reason for Acc to reject them. O'h well , all's well that ends well. Still waiting on Acc tho.
