So, the conferences that have members who reach the FF are going to share the spoils are gonna slit the pie for their players? Money from last year’s multi millions included?

How do people feel about this? More h in separation of the P-4 from everybody else? Big East is even more dependent on UConn than ever? What if UConn goes independent?

Will the Big 12 ever get a share?

Grumbles coming when a conference sends two teams to the FF? Could we see that right off the bat this year?

Does thee elite 8 ever “turn a profit?” 8 way split? 16 ways?

Better / alternate money sharing ideas?

It's not limited to making the Final Four.

Per the ESPN article in the previous post:

"The women's March Madness plan is similar to the men's basketball unit program. Each of 32 conferences that receive an automatic bid to the tournament will receive a unit, and additional units will be rewarded for teams that receive at-large bids to the 68-team field.

The longer a school's tournament run lasts, the more units the school's conference receives. Conferences decide the distribution of unit revenue to each of its members. Each unit was worth about $2 million for the 2024 men's tournament."

Every conference with a bid gets something. The Big12 won't be left out.
