For example I seem to remember Heather Buck didn't automatically get a fifth year. I think a lot of schools won't be extending scholarships to graduating seniors beyond that inital four years even though they have that COVID eligibility. They may offer some kind of assistance other than an athletic scholarship if their degree requirements are not complete. You will see a lot of graduating seniors in the portal because of COVID year.
