He’s more than aggressive enough physically if not too aggressive at times like you said in help or on the close outs. The next thing is being more aggressive vocally to make sure his teammates are on the same page. Seeing as that’s his ticket on the floor he should own that end of the floor and be a leader in helping his teammates and take command. Also holding them accountable if they miss an assignment. There were too many times he did his part and someone missed an assignment and he was okay with it or didn’t say anything. He knows the defense.
