Does anyone know if Nika or Ania will be participating?

Division A: FIBA U20 Women's European Championship 2019 (Poland)

Division B: FIBA U20 Women's European Championship Division B 2019 (Croatia)

Neither will. Ania was named to Poland's initial list, but did not end up taking part in any of the training before the tournament. It might be her decision (especially if she want to spend some time with family). Different countries have different philosophies on having players doubling up on age group tournaments so Croatia may have preferred to have Nika just play U18.
