More owner occupied homes means people are taking better care and upgrading properties, which helps property prices to rise, and fits in with all the improvements to stores, shopping, restaurants, public transportation, etc. The market sets the prices, just like it does for sports events. Everything is supply and demand. Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you can't afford it, then go to a few games per year instead of every game. [/QUOTE]
