Translated from the Italian, I think she said “in your face”— or- words to that affect.  I had never seen that type of reaction in college basketball.  That competitive fire set her apart.

When someone debates who was the best ever- my reply is simple.  Pretend we’re starting a new league and you can draft any female who ever played.  I tell them they can have 1st pick- but if they pick any one other than Diana-I’m drafting her, and I’ll beat them most of the time.

In the Tenn game, Diana said hold me, beat me, foul me— doesn’t matter- you can’t stop me! And so it was- in her own words.  The best ever!
