This has been missing since Giffey, but one thing that put that 2014 team on another level was its ability to simply make shots. I will say its frustrating watching games vs these cupcakes over the last few seasons and seeing players that can hit the 3 which looks so easy. I know Vance was supposed to be a pure shooter but that ship sailed.
