Also very impressed 3x to 4x that I have listened to Renee Montgomery on CBS, including in the studio for Prov/Nova last night. I think she comes off very insightful, natural, and personable. I don't recall extended interviews of her, or by her, when she was at UConn. Evina delivered the facts smoothly, but has to add some enthusiasm and excitement in the delivery. The lineage of UConn Women commentators is getting long; Pattyson, Lobo, Swin Cash, some Sue Bird, some Maya Moore, Taurasi does sort of a Peyton/Eli schtick, Walters, a couple of the pre-Lobo era women have done games,... I'm sure there are others. (Ashley Battle?)

She was at the St Johns game last night clutching a laptop and mic and all dressed up. Goofing around with the rest of the women's team sitting courtside, eating their popcorn. I imagine she was doing more interviewing but haven't seen the results. Hope she didn't have popcorn in her teeth.
