I'd rather see a certification that also includes broader subjective questions about interpersonal skills. For example, what to do if you suspect bullying, cheating, etc on your team. The big problems arise from systemic issues of culture rather than from the nitpicking violations of (say) 2 alumnae who were actually out of the country at the time nevertheless giving a recruit a tour of ESPN....
