There was some concern about KenPom as it still uses data from last year until January. I'm not sure if Evan Miya does that but here are his top ten leagues as of now by league average ranking:
1. SEC (33)
2. Big 10 (43)
3. Big 12 (43)
4. Big East (58)
5. ACC (73)
6. A-10 (107)
7. MW (132)
8. AAC (140)
9. CUSA (148)
10. WCC (165)
The Big East is still okay relative to the other major leagues. If we are really concerned about bids, we can always add Dayton (not because of last night-they are just the best candidate outside of the P4 that is east of the Mississippi and available). Adding a 12th school (even with a 22-game league schedule) will improve the probability of getting extra bids (see the ACC, who sucks, but will get more bids than us simply by having 18 members). I don't suggest bloating the league, but one well-placed add who gets no TV money for the next cycle might be worth it.
