It's Insider.

They are also predicting us to finish 2nd. Lots of praise for Napier as Boatright, of course. Also, someone finally mentioned Daniels as a potential beast. They talk a lot about our multiple scoring threats. Lastly, they are projecting Olander to start at the 5.

How did you get that up so quickly?!? I was just about to post that when I saw someone else through it up there. For those of you not ESPN Insiders, here's the copy and paste:

With the exception of not having the modest production and a different look from when wolf came in the game (when not suspended) we should be improved in just about every respect. It's possible we could also be better at the center position if all the stars align and we get very good production from Phil, Tyler and Facey? All of our starters are more experienced and now healthy and we have some newcomers who can give us some help with depth, fouls to give etc. I like the addition of Kromah and think he will give us infinitely more than Evans could last year. (Evans seemed to be too slow against the better opponents but did fine against some of our weaker ones.) We will see whether this group will 'team rebound' or whether we will still be overpowered in that area. I believe that we will again be able to come away with wins based upon great defense and solid offense even if we are not a great rebounding team. Having said that, KO has made this a point of emphasis and my expectation is that there will be production that is adequate and certainly better than last year. I'm really looking forward to seeing this team play and I hope the Facey issue gets resolved early so his first year doesn't resemble Boat's. I hope the reports about Neils are on target-he could have a great year for us! It seems like we have a lot more for KO to work with.

Am I the only one thinking UConn may win the AAC regular season title? Everyone has Louisville, and they're going to be good, but I think they're due for the post championship hangover. It seems to happen to everyone. And you can't just lose players like Dieng and Siva and expect no drop off with younger less experienced players.

Giffey and Kromah add quality depth on the perimeter -- Giffey would start for nearly any other team. And Brimah is important depth at center, since he adds 5 fouls. They should have mentioned these guys.

It's going to be a very fun year.

Agreed. Dieng and Siva were two of the top players in college ball. Louisville has talent but let's see if it meshes together. I'm pretty sure UConn is going to have great chemistry.

Not only do i think we will finish better than louisville but we have a good chance (10-20%) at a national title. Since watching uconn from the chris smith days ive only felt real good about one other team winning it all and that was the 2011 team. The only concern i have with this team is egos. With so many scorers and a couple guys having just 1 year left before declaring i just hope they play as a team rather than selfishly. The frontcourt will be average and better than last years. This team is a top 10 team now imo and top 5 if brimah or nolan light it up out of nowhere.

I'm with you except not worried about egos. This group has something to prove. And they will!

Now i know y people hate u...espn homer ..look up 'fair use'
Btw ive never seen the © after an article and noone is making a profit off of it or deeming it as their own work..if you were in germany at the time of hitler you would probably be a nazi officer with your mindset of enforcing a rule by a entity of immoral standings. (And being proud of it) espn thanks you for your efforts.
With that said i understand the board owners being concerned of being brought to court and espn spending thousands in legal costs over the posting of a random article. Best to side on the err of caution. Oh and dont be such a d--- no one likes d---s or nazi's. "F---off"

Was the article solely about UCONN or all AAC or top 25 teams? I didn't bother because insider is horribly written trash.

Only focused on UConn. Each team had their own individual write-ups.

Thank for the education on copyright law in your world. It was enlightening.

I just dont understand why people like how espn charges for content. I guess you also like advertisements before youtube videos or people asking for money at grocery store exits or maybe new/higher taxes. Then you support or fight for their cause even though it in someway hurts yourself. It mistifies me. Hey as long as they are happy.

Who says we like it?

Brazzers charges for content too, but much like ESPN, there are other less expensive choices out there . . .
