They have us well below Marquette (#14) notwithstanding Marquette's loss to us and their loss to St. John's.

I may be in the minority, but I feel like using a freshman's absence as an excuse (valid as the argument may be) is a little unbecoming of us as a program.

First off, unbecoming to who? People online who might say mean stuff about us? Who cares?
Second, these days freshmen are frequently the best player on a team. It's the nature of the NBA draft system.

So say the Huskies win tomorrow and the start rolling with McNeeley back. Will all these experts start to admit that it was a different team without McNeeley for 5 weeks?
I'd like to see how they look with him back before counting chickens. It's been awhile now, wondering if the cob webs are off instantly or it's going to take a couple games. Welcome back Liam, boof, say hello to Luis Ruis faceguarding you. I'd like to think it's going to be riding a bike, but I'm pausing on expecting too much too quick.
